Hi! I am Amanda – Founder & Baker with Bluff & Crumb….
…baker, mom, and the heart behind Bluff & Crumb. In my 30s, with a busy family and a love for all things homemade, I set out to turn my passion for baking into something bigger—a way to nourish both people and community.
Baking has always been more than just flour and yeast for me. It’s about process, connection, tradition, and bringing people together over something warm, fresh, and made with care. Inspired by the Bluffs of the Cedar River and the amazing community I have been in my whole life, I wanted to create a bakery that reflected that same strength and simplicity—handcrafted breads, small-batch goodness, and flavors that feel like home.
As a mom, I know how important it is to feed our families with real, wholesome food. As a neighbor, I wanted to share that same quality with my community. Whether you’re grabbing a sourdough loaf for the week, picking up bagels for a work meeting, or ordering cinnamon rolls “just because,” every Bluff & Crumb bake is made with care, time, and a whole lot of love.
